General Condition Original shipping charges are not refundable. All Return products MUST BE filed within 14 day from the original sales day. All return products require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Maxland International Inc.(DBA Carvon Packaging Inc.) Corporation. Unauthorized return products will be rejected. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss on returning back to maxland.com. maxland.com recommends to use a reputable shipping carrier that is capable for proof of delivery and fully insure your return shipments. If the product is defective within the warranty period, maxland.com will either repair or replace the item at its option. maxland.com reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if the original model is no longer available. RMA number is valid for 15 days after the date of issue. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise within that period. No returns will be accepted or 20% restocking fee will be charged if we received your shipments beyond that period. maxland.com will ship items at no cost to the customer on defective/replacement items via UPS GroundTrac or equivalent. We will charge the difference on all shipping upgrades All return products will be tested by maxland.com technicians to verify the problem. If found to be non-defective, we may ship back to the customer at his/her cost and may charge for diagnostic fee ($60/hr). Please keep in mind that for memory items, incompatibility is not consider D.O.A. Please always double check with the motherboard specification. The warranty will be voided by neglect, abuse/misuse, overclocked and physical damage, and no refund or credit will be given Return to top Retail Package Products All Retail Package Products* that are in original factory-sealed packaging can be refund or exchange within 5 business days, starting on the date of shipment arrives. You can use the company credit for Future Purchases only. And absolutely NO refund after 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days warranty, all returns and replacements must be made directly with the manufacturer. OEM/Bulk Packages All OEM/Bulk Package Products (except for CPU and Memory) have at least one year limited warranty including parts and labor through maxland.com. After the one year warranty through maxland.com, the manufacturer warranty apply. CPU comes with 15 days limited warranty (see product specification for more detail). Memory comes with Life-time warranty. Software Software comes with 30 days warranty through maxland.com. After the 30 days warranty, all returns and replacements must be made directly with the manufacturer. Return to the top Controlling Law The validity, construction and enforcement of the purchase agreement between maxland.com. and buyer shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. In the event of any dispute arising out of this agreement, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and/or State Courts located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California. Return to the top Pricing and Specification For all published prices, specifications, services and policies are subject to change without any notice. maxland.com is not responsible for manufacturer price changes and typographical errors. Return to the top Other All refused shipment will be subject to charge shipping and handling charges. All returned checks will be charged for $20.00. All kinds of assemble charges are not refundable. Please check your motherboard specification for memory type before you purchase it. It is NOTour responsibility for any incompatibilities of the systems and memory. Customer will be responsible to return the memory for exchange or credit. In addition, the shipping and handling fee is not refundable and 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Thank you.
